Community Planning is an ongoing function of the Prospect Lake and District Community Association. (PLDCA).
Currently, our planning group is focused on subdivision development issues primarily regarding larger acerages. As the larger areas of land in and around Prospect Lake are disappearing, smaller acre-sized properties are seeking rezoning for additional housing. If you feel strongly about the growth and character of the Prospect Lake Area, then you are urged to consider becoming an active PLDCA member of this committee.
